What's on the Smoker
Menu
Smoked pork belly, battered and deep-fried, topped with fresh sliced tomatoes, onions, spinach, and BBQ sauce. Served on a ciabatta bun with a side of potato salad
Sliced smoked pork loin, stuff with Andouille sausage, spinach, and parmesan cheese. Served on a bed of wild rice with a side of potato salad.
We take a pork butt, smoke it to perfection, shred it, and throw it on a bun. Topped with BBQ sauce and slaw. Served with a side of potato salad.
