CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are refunded, minus a $7.50 service charge when cancellation reaches our office anytime prior to 7 days before arrival date. If the reservation is made less then 7 days in advance or cancelled within the 7 day period, the deposit is not refundable.

NOTE:
Two (2) night minimum on weekends.
Three (3) night minimum on Holiday weekends.
